Outings on Open Space District Properties

The Sotoyome Resource Conservation District (RCD) and Southern Sonoma County RCD are collaborating with the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District (District) to offer a series of events and outings that will highlight the connections between agricultural sustainability in Sonoma County and the work of the District.

Come outside with us and hear directly from the ranchers, farmers and private land owners who are working with the District and other local organizations like RCDs to preserve agriculture, open space and the natural resources that make Sonoma County such an extraordinary place to live and work.

These outings will cover a wide range of topics related to land management, including dairy operations, planning for open space preserve management, grazing, forestry, and many others.
